Experience (FAA and DOD) I have been involved with all aspects
of a quality control or assurance system that produces all types of
products. My knowledge of manufacturing systems/processes, special
processes, inspection and testing methods, material control, calibration
methods, engineering data approval and control, and airworthiness
procedures is extensive. I am very well versed of the FAA regulations,
policies, guidance, and advisory circulars that govern the issuance of
export/domestic airworthiness approvals, production approval systems,
and related controls with the aviation manufacturing industry for parts
21, 24, 43, and 145.
Key Experience

FAA Aviation Safety Inspector: September 1990 –
May 2008. Aviation Safety Inspector (Manufacturing) and project
manager responsible to develop national policy, public guidance, and
regulations for certification of aircraft and aeronautical products.
Suspected Unapproved Parts Program, Parts Manufacturing Approvals,
Parts 21 & 45 Notice of Proposed Rule Making, Voluntary Industry
Distributor Accreditation Program, and Authorized Release Certificate,
FAA Form 8130-3 to name a few.
- Provided research and responses to U.S Congress, FAA Production
Approval Holders, Department of Defense, and the general public
inquiries relating to aviation safety regulations, policies, and
safety programs.

groups/ associations and European Authorizes world wide, to include
